1.1. Application :The DS-II-2KVA series butt welding machine is use to weld high /middle/low carbon steel wire, stainless steel, steel bar , pre-stressed steel strand wire, alloy steel and nonferrous metal, copper and aluminum wire, nickel alloy wire etc

1.2 Welding scope :  
Steel wire : 0.4-3.5mm ; 
Copper / aluminum wire : 0.5- 2.0mm

1.3.1 With easy and convenient wire clamping mechanism, manual pressing wire for welding operation. it is suitable for small, medium wire welding, 0.4- 3.5mm wire can get best welding effect
1.3.2 The PLC control system is adopted to adjust the current stability, easy to operate the butt welding , annealing , as well as polishing , one time operation can succeed even by no experience operator
1.3.3 Equipped with two times of tempering, with big clamping force easy to operate
